Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Sonamarg
Arrive at your designated meeting point, where our team will greet you.
Drive to Sonamarg, the gateway to the Kashmir Great Lakes trek. Enjoy a relaxing evening, dinner, and an overnight stay in camps.
Day 2: Sonamarg to Nichnai (9 km | 6-7 hrs)
Begin your trek through dense pine forests and rolling meadows, gradually ascending to Nichnai Pass.
Enjoy stunning views of the valley before camping beside the tranquil Nichnai stream.
Day 3: Nichnai to Vishansar Lake (13 km | 6-7 hrs)
Cross Nichnai Pass at 13,000 ft and descend into a breathtaking valley dotted with wildflowers.
Reach Vishansar Lake, a pristine blue lake reflecting the surrounding mountains. Overnight stay in tents
Day 4: Vishansar to Gadsar via Krishansar & Gadsar Pass
Start your day with a mesmerizing view of Krishansar Lake, located next to Vishansar. Cross the Gadsar Pass (13,800 ft), the highest point of the trek, offering panoramic views.
Descend to the stunning Gadsar Lake, known for its floating icebergs. Camp overnight.
Day 5: Gadsar to Satsar Lakes (12 km | 6-7 hrs)
Trek through lush valleys and alpine terrain to reach the Satsar Lakes, a cluster of seven interconnected lakes surrounded by rocky cliffs. Enjoy a peaceful evening by the water.
Day 6: Satsar to Gangbal & Nundkol Lakes (9 km, 6-7 hrs)
Cross the Zaj Pass (13,400 ft) and descend to the breathtaking twin lakes—Gangbal and Nundkol—nestled at the base of Mount Harmukh. Spend the evening soaking in the beauty of these sacred lakes.
Day 7: Gangbal to Naranag & Departure (12 km, 5-6 hrs)
Begin your final descent through pine forests to reach Naranag, where the trek concludes.
Enjoy a farewell lunch before transferring back to Srinagar, marking the end of this unforgettable adventure.
